Meredith Jones

Meredith Cooper Jones is the Business Director of 3D Dentists and a recognized leader in dental team development and practice growth. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Biological Sciences. She is married to her high school sweetheart and a mom to two daughters, Anna-Scott & Charlotte.

She has been working closely with Dr. Tarun Agarwal since 2015 in both clinical and on the business side of dentistry. She played a significant role in launching key initiatives at 3D Dentists, including the 3D Dentists Retreat and Training Center and Smile 3D, a non-profit dental clinic that provides live patient education and community care.

She specializes in training dental teams to improve communication, case presentation, and care coordination, helping practices increase efficiency, confidence, and case acceptance. Meredith plays a central role in designing and delivering workshops, masterminds, and live-patient training experiences that blend leadership, systems, and real-world implementation. She is also a co-host of Dentistry Made Simple and The Dental Diaries podcasts, she empowers dentists and their teams with practical strategies to build strong cultures, elevate the patient experience, and create sustainable, thriving practices.
