How we got here
The Journey Begins on Dental Town
Dr. Tarun Agarwal and Dr. Sameer Puri co-founded the Townie Meeting for the DentalTown community. It sparked a passion for combining education, entertainment, and camaraderie — principles that still guide 3D Dentists today.
Nationally Recognized Speaker
From posting clinical cases online to speaking nationwide, T-Bone built a reputation for practical, down-to-earth education that blends modern clinical technique with real-world business strategy.
3D Training Center Opens
The second floor of Raleigh Dental Arts became home to the original 3D Training Center — a dedicated space for dentists to learn in a working practice environment.
Expanding the 3D Team
As course offerings grew, so did the team. Today, every instructor at 3D Dentists is a practicing dentist with real-life experience and a passion for helping others succeed.
3D Mastermind Begins
Dr. Sully joins 3D Dentists and helps launch the original version of Foundations MasterMind, initially called Millennial MasterMind. The course is focused on helping millennial dentists grow with intention.

Launch of the 3D Retreat
Located on a 10-acre property, the 3D Retreat includes the 3D Garage (a high-tech education center) and the 3D Lodge (a luxury stay-on-site experience). It’s more than CE — it’s a transformative getaway.
Smile 3D clinic opens its doors
Located just minutes from the Retreat, Smile 3D is a non profit dental center where dentists from across the country can perform live patient procedures for patients that normally can't afford the dentistry they need - providing world class dentistry for the working class.
