The program spans 6 months with three workshops: Clarity (3 days), Action (2 days), and Momentum (3 days). Between workshops, you'll implement what you've learned and track progress using the KPI system, with ongoing support available throughout.
Clarity and Action are designed for doctors only to establish the foundation and troubleshoot implementation. Momentum is specifically designed for your core team (front office, back office/assistant, and hygienist) to ensure everyone is aligned and confident.
Graduates of MasterMind Foundations are eligible for Advanced MasterMind, which includes ongoing programs like Annual Business Planning, Cash Flow & Overhead Management, and team bootcamps for continued growth and optimization.
